Godly Patience

May 31, 2026    Pastor Ken Terry

We live in an instant society where speed is everything. We want faster computers, faster internet, fast food, and FastPasses at Disneyland. When it comes to waiting, our patience is almost nonexistent. We hate sitting at red lights that seem to last forever, dealing with slow internet, and we definitely struggle to wait on God to answer our prayers. But patience, in the biblical sense, is more than simply enduring the passage of time—it is confidence that God is faithful while time passes. Waiting may seem passive, but trust is active. It leans on God even when answers are delayed. Join us as we discover that waiting is about more than the passing of time—it's about trusting God.
